How do I book a personalised travel experience or special event with Lux Perpetua?

Our team of expert event and travel designers are ready to help you ideate and dream up your perfect experience. There is nothing impossible we can’t produce or organise and we are here to be of service.

What is the design process and how long does it take?

All of our itineraries and events are entirely bespoke and unique. Depending on the experience itself, it can take anywhere from one month to one year from conceptualisation to execution. We first start by meeting the client to discuss the wishes, needs and desires. During the design process we embark on extensive investigation, research, and client goals consideration to reach a solid proposal. Anywhere from two weeks to one month later, once the experience proposal is ready, the client’s set & setting design concept is thought-of and then we present the experience ideas to the client with optional tiers of location, hospitality, accommodation, transportation, and activities. Based on the clients feedback, our team perfects the experience details to assure all considerations are included. From beginning to end of the design process our team is on call with a designated guest relations manager who oversees all guest communications letting our client enjoy the process.

What is the payment process?

After our initial dreamscape call, we will request a non-refundable design fee to begin the planning process. After our first planning phase is completed upon submission of your first budget, 50% of your payment will requested with the final 50% paid 90 days before your travel or event.
