Following a weekend in Cape Town, we organised a luxury trip to The Kruger National Park for two honeymooners for a once in a lifetime, immersive safari experience. This experience encompassed a five day stay at a 5-star luxury lodge and offered ample amounts of special moments from a combination of 3 hour long morning and evening guided safari drives, relaxation moments by the infinity pool and the spa and fitness boutiques as well as specially curated culinary experiences. 

We organised for our honeymooners to stay at our local partnered lodge, located in the Kruger’s most beautiful areas; submerged on the hillside above the N’wanetsi River on the Mozambique border. The lodge boasts spectacular panoramic views of the river, fantastic for spotting animals drinking and swimming in the water and is architecturally reflective of the local environment being creatively crafted from local materials and floating between the river and the sky on the side of the riverbed. 

Working with our talented partnered guides on the private concession, we took our honeymoon clients to see an abundance of animals that the Kruger hosts, such as lion prides, zebras, giraffes, elephants, buffalos, impalas, springboks, crocodiles, hippos, eagles and even spotted the incredibly rare leopard. We assured our client enjoyed the property to it’s fullest by booking full encompassing spa treatments for them, arranging cooking lessons in the culinary school on site, organised a special eight course lunch overlooking a river with a family of swimming hippos, arranging a beautifully curated braai experience under the stars offering a variety of meats, fish and vegetarian dishes from the grill and specially curated cocktails. On departure, we organised a private chartered aircraft to take them back to Johannesburg, giving the opportunity to see aerial views of the Kurger.
