For the purpose of this privacy policy we are Lux Perpetua ( “Lux Perpetua” “We” “Us”). Lux Perpetua is a registered tour operator in the United Kingdom specialising in personalised travel and special events around the world.

Information We Collect

We collect and process your personal data in compliance with European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) as of January 17, 2019. We will process the personal data you provide us through the website (www.lux-perpetua.com), when you fill response cards, subscribe to mailing lists, or share your information with a member of our team.  We will ensure we maintain internal security and utmost confidentiality against unlawful damage or use of your information and operate under strict and prosecutable non-disclosure agreements.

The information we collect and use (“process”) includes but is not limited to your name, nationality, address of residence, phone number email, and passport details along with demographic information and family information.  In addition we may collect your IP address, web browser and type, and version. To execute your personalised travel or special event experience we may share your information with third-party suppliers. We try our utmost excellence at ensuring that your information remains private and is processed according to GDPR standards but cannot guarantee their use cases. We reccommened to review privacy policies of all third party suppliers.  

Use of Data 

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 Lux Perpetua Ltd. is the “data controller.” We will retain information about you and third parties we work as it is necessary to create a personalised travel or event experience for the performance of our contract with you. In addition many of our experiences require the use of passport details, safety precaucion measures and special insurance, and to adhere to our internal compliance regulations. The data may be used from time to time to provide you with a future personalised travel or event experience, improvement of our products, market research, tailored marketing activities, and invitations to other personalised travel or event experiences that may suit your tastes. Your data may be used to comply with legal obligations from third parties (e.g. anti-money laundering) or in accordance with “legitimate interests” clause. We may also deem it necessary to use your date for an exercise of an official or regulatory authority. 

Storing of Data

Data security is of high importance to Lux Perpetua and we adhere to ridge electronic storage procedures and management processes to assure data is kept in security. Our data is kept electronically on password protected servers with only key management having access.

Data Retention 

Unless longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your Data to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or until you request that the Data be deleted. We shall keep information that is necessary to manage legal, tax, regulatory, insurance or enquires for repeat business.

Outside the European Economic Area

Given the nature of our personalised travel and destination event services data which we collect from you may be stored and processed in and transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). This may occur if we offer services outside of the EEA.  If we transfer Data outside the EEA, we will aim to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this privacy policy. By agreeing to our privacy policy you agree to such transfers of Data.

Marketing

When marketing to you we will adhere to the permission you have granted us or ask for your permission to contact you and your preferred method of contact. We will contact you to introduce new products, offer rewards or special benefits, or your feedback on improving our products or services.
