A 40th Birthday Celebration
A bohemian beach bar led to a candelit secret jungle passage that opened to grand covered dancefloor which ocean views. This special 40th birthday celebration was designed for our client - a beautiful couple in Tulum, Mexico for their closest 150 friends. Beyond an ordinary party, this experience was designed to lead guests through an event that built up as the night continued.
After luxury transport featuring playlists curated for the experience, guests arrived at sunset to a beach cocktail with organic and locally sourced hor’d overs and artisanal cocktails made with local herbs. DJ Nour played shamanic house music while guests enjoyed the beautiful location decorated with strung fairy lights and flowers.
Once the sun set, they were escorted by our guest relations team through a secret candlelit walkway and arrived to the main room. Five custom food stations were open for dining immediatley and designed to surround the main dance floor and seating areas. Comfortable and chic seating areas were installed to avoid the event feeling like a wedding, and promote easy movement and flow to compliment the vibe. The layout allowed guests to dine, drink and dance in a casual way.
After a few hours of music and complimentary lighting a surprise performance by one of Latin Americas most famous bands shocked the guests with a live concert. Our production team created a world-class lighting set-up and sound system in addition to our talent management and booking services.
The event ended late night with guests shuttled back to their hotel by our secure drivers. It was a night to remember.
